He began investing in single-family homes in 2016, completing both flips and rental projects before recognizing the greater potential of multifamily real estate. Kit leads the initial financial evaluation of opportunities before they advance to the broader review process.

Mickey’s career spans management, team leadership, and more than two decades of business ownership. His practical experience in single-family rentals and renovations gives him a trained eye for repair costs, operational issues, and value-add possibilities.

He leads business development and relationship building across the network of brokers, agents, lenders, funding partners, and property management professionals that supports each transaction.
