Maximus-REI is an investment group specializing in multifamily acquisitions primarily in the Houston Texas area. We evaluate hundreds of properties every year, and most do not meet our investment criteria. We are not afraid to say no, because when we say yes, we know the property is a good fit for us, for our investors, and our future tenants.

Generally we look for communities that we can add value to. These properties are already generating positive cash flow, but with a few upgrades we can produce more revenue, so it is a win/win situation for us, for our investors, and the community by increasing the value of the property for investors and making the community a more attractive place to live for current and future tenants.
